As Centre for Ecological and Sustainability Advisory, we are undertaking a scientific tour and hiking on the 01st of May 2022. We are therefore inviting all members of the public to join us, from of students to elders. We are expecting not more than 50 people to form part of this tour. The aim of this scientific tour and hiking is to provide practical scientific knowledge of ecological services from protected species, promotion of biodiversity management, biodiversity research, and promotion of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of participants. Fees cover - Hiking - Scientific talks - Packed meal and water - Key holder - Photos from professional photographer - Transport Essentials to Bring - Hiking shoes - Sun Hat - Sun cream (optional) - Magnifying glasses and binoculars (optional) - Plant species identification book (optional)

Hiking Place: 50 kilometres from town.
Registration Fee: R350 for students and R450 for non-students (Send proof of payment to info@centreforecology.co.za on or before 27 April 2022).
Trail Leader: Dr. Ramulifho P.A. (Pr.Nat.Sci) of Centre for Ecology and University of Venda - He will speak about land use transitions, aquatic species response and local interventions.
